The main profile of our company is the vulcanisation of white-wall tyres. Vulcanisation of white-walls tyres are ended up in a special closed-chain technologie with using white or coloured crude rubber. The rubbers, used during the production processes are absolutely in accordance with EU directives (low sulphide content; other chemical content is under 3%) Currently we are able to provide 20-30-40 mm width white-, or coloured walls for all kind / type of tyres between 12” and 22”. In case of special customer requests, of course we are also able to vulcanise wider walls – 50-60-70 mm width – in higher volume batches. With reviwing our e-catalogue on the website, you also have the chance to order brand new tyres vulcanised with white-wall.
